Yoga makes me feel nimble, energized and light which seems to help me to take better care of myself: eating right, getting enough rest and having respect for my body. Yoga makes me more focused and optimistic about life.
I love introducing people to yoga and teaching students new poses. I enjoy witnessing the transformation of bodies and in many cases, a newfound perspective on life.
