Erin is a certified yoga teacher who leads Anusara-Inspired classes. Erin draws much of her philosophy and motivation from the elements of nature she experiences while running and surfing – she believes nature offers the greatest gift to our spirit. Her teaching style invites playfulness and laughter while guiding her students to connect to their innate goodness and strength.
