Description
Join Dani and her son Lucas in this class designed for babies under one year old. Please come prepared to do some yoga. There will be opportunities for you to incorporate your baby into the practice but ultimately your baby will set the agenda and you will respond. Each class will include a series of baby yoga postures to help brain development, postures to aid digestion, and baby massage for relaxation.
Please bring a baby blanket to each session (lotion optional).

Dani Ibarra is a long time student of yoga and has been teaching in the Santa Clarita Valley and parts of LA for over 6 years. She is an ERYT-500 YogaWorks Certified teacher, part of the Teacher Training Department and founder of Just Breathe Yoga Center. Dani currently teaches a wide range of classes on the schedule and is excited about starting this Baby & Me series with her 5 month old son, Lucas.
Mats are available to rent for $2.
Workshop Policy
Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. Refunds are given for cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to workshop start date. Store credit will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to workshop start date. No credits or refunds will be given after workshop begins. YogaWorks is not responsible for any and all costs incurred for travel arrangements or accommodations related to this event.
