Why I Practice
I have a genuine need to be in my body as much as, if not more than, in my head. My ability and my desire to practice, express, or perform through a purely physical medium has always been my passion.
Why I Teach
I often say that I didn't become a true dancer until after I started teaching dance. I have had a life-long love affair with dance, and sharing that with students is the best thing I can imagine! I love to help people do things they never dreamed they could do (with grace and rhythm!).
Inspirations
My nieces, who at any given moment, dance and dance with no inhibitions, no fear, no rules. It is the purest form of dance from the soul!
