Why I Practice
I practice yoga because I want to be strong and flexible in body and mind. I practice yoga because my mind needs the meditation and my body needs the movement and breath. I practice yoga because it brings me a deep peace that I have never found anywhere else.
Why I Teach
I teach yoga because I am deeply influenced by the gratitude, faith and unlimited optimism of my students. Yoga has become ingrained in their concepts of health and well-being. It brings me great joy to be part of their ongoing quest for feeling strong and active, alive and always learning.
