Why I Practice
The moment I step on my mat or on the dance floor it becomes a part of me, and connects me to my soul. My practice allows me to gain the strength and inspiration to love and embrace who I am. I also practice to stay connected to those I love and my environment.
Why I Teach
I love helping others enjoy what they are doing and find their true happiness from within. Teaching is a gift and a part of my life, I can’t imagine my life without embracing my gift.
Inspirations
My family, the love of my life, the teachers in my life, acts of compassion, courage, and God. And of course, how could I forget wine, food, and music.
