It brings me joy. My yoga practice is necessary medicine for me to align my physical body, deepen my breath and still my mind.

Because I love yoga. It is a true blessing to share this ancient, healing practice. It’s an honor to guide individuals in their personal self-inquiry, toward attainment of physical-mental-energetic-emotional-spiritual self.

The sacred art of the Mandala, the sacred “circle.” I am studying and drawing these ancient symbols. The images are cultivated through meditative journeying, journal writing and introspection.
