Just a mile from the beach, our studio features eco-friendly bamboo floors, two stunning ocean-view, light filled yoga rooms and a dedicated Pilates studio.  Students like to linger with a tea in our large lounge and yoga boutique.

A mix of students, moms, seniors, retirees, working professionals, and entrepreneurs regularly practice Ashtanga, Therapeutics, and the challenging and fun Pilates Mat Plus. Anusara classes also have a particularly strong following.
