Why I Practice
My yoga practice gives me the tools to navigate through my life skillfully. I practice asana because as a marathon runner I need to create balance in my body and the practice is a reminder that there's no there to get to (unlike long-distance running!), it's about the practice and enjoying the journey.
Why I Teach
Yoga has changed my life and to be able to share that with others is an amazing experience.
