This foundational 200–hour yoga Teacher Training program is ideal for serious students of yoga and aspiring teachers. It is recognized by Yoga Alliance and comprises three areas of study: The Theory and Practice of Yoga, Yoga Philosophy and The Art of Teaching.
Along with the hours above you will be required to take 8 yoga classes over the duration of the program, to be completed by August 23.
