I practice Yoga because of the effect it has off my mat. The practice of Yoga is so much like everyday life: there are moments of challenge, moments of ease, moments that confront us, and moments that cleanse us. Yet by focusing on the breath, Yoga teaches me how to remain steady through it all, no matter what life or the practice may throw my way.
I teach Yoga to help others find some peace from within. The world has become an increasingly stressful place. Through movement, breath, and laughter, I hope to help people find solace, as well as learn tools to help better deal with the day-to-day pressures they may face.
