Yoga reconnects me to my center and helps to clear out the residue that can pile up in a day mentally, physically and emotionally. It builds my character in the world, helping me to be more steady and grounded in life. Plus I have fun with yoga and really enjoy seeing my body become more open and strong. That keeps me motivated and more committed to service.
It's something that is always changing and evolving - I'm growing everyday and so are the students. It's a total honor to witness these shifts and to share yoga’s breath, deeper awareness, and intention with others. I have fun teaching; it's a creative and expressive outlet for me. I get very excited when I see students build selftrust, strength, focus, and softness in their practice.
