Parking is available in the parking structure attached to 11620 Wilshire Blvd. Parking entrance is off Barry Ave or Federal Ave. 90 minute validated tickets are available at the front desk.
West on Wilshire Blvd: Pass San Vicente and turn left on 1st available street (Barry Ave). Entrance to parking structure is on left hand side.
East on Wilshire Blvd: Pass Barrington Ave make a right turn on Barry Ave. Entrance to parking structure is on left hand side.

Learn to teach YogaWorks’ signature sculpting class SculptWorks®. Using a yoga “great wall” equipped with stretch bands at varying heights, you’ll learn intelligent, safe sequencing as well as how to teach a group to move through exercise progressions that will increase functional strengh and fitness, cardiovascular endurance and proprioception.
This workshop will also teach you how to lead a class with students of all levels simultaneously and how to create an enviroment where the student is responsible for making appropriate fitness decisions for themselves, approaching fitness mindfully.
This workshop is also appropriate for students wishing to progress their personal practice.
Maeve has worked over 20 years in integrative fitness and yoga and leading teacher trainings on both coasts. She believes in creating a safe space for students to learn and grow through intelligent movement. She has served as the Master Trainer for SculptWorks and is the former Director of Teachers and Programming for YogaWorks.
