Meeting over the course of 4-weeks, each day will include practice, instruction and discussion in a peaceful yogic setting. Your day begins with a silent meditation, moving into an asana practice to build upon during the afternoon lectures and discussions. Each day will focus on a different theme or topic. The evenings and weekends are yours to study, surf, explore the local markets, or to indulge in one of the resorts many spa services.
