Dying to Live: Fall Equinox Breathwork–Soundbath–Meditation
by Guru Mitar (Linh) James
DYING TO LIVE – FALL EQUINOX
SEPTEMBER 17, 2017
$55, $45 if paid before 9/17
The autumn equinox marks the season of change. A time to harvest the fruits and let all else die: your fears, your anxiety, your stress, let your limitations die and allow yourself to truly live.
BREATHWORK – First, we will use the power of your own breath to travel through the peaks and valleys of consciousness. When we want to hold down and repress our feelings and emotions, we do so instinctively by holding our breath. The opposite is also true; if you consciously breathe, you can allow deeply held fears, pain, stress, and emotions to free themselves.
SOUNDBATH – Next we'll relax into waves of sacred sound vibrations, cleansing and replenishing, every nerve and cell within, using Gongs, Tibetan & Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Ocean Drums, Tuning Forks, Wind Chimes, and many more healing instruments. Sound healing has been clinically shown to support people suffering from stress-related disorders and chronic pains as well as patients undergoing cancer treatments.
MEDITATION – We will close with an uplifting meditation reconnecting with your higher self, which has no limits.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
“My experience, every time I do this has been remarkable and the effects continue and build for days afterwards. I get a heightened sense of awareness and clarity on an emotional, spiritual and mental level that brings me directly into contact with my deepest self.” – Andrea
This workshop is perfect for students of all levels of practice, except those whom are more than 4 months pregnant.
Please bring a pillow from home.
