I practice yoga to keep my body healthy. Not just my physical body, but to keep my spiritual and mental body in check as well. I always feel better after I have taken class, so what better reason to take yoga then to feel happier!
My aspiration as a teacher is to inspire my students with my spirit and sense of humor that what may seem to be impossible is actually quite possible, to let go and most importantly to learn to laugh at yourself!
