The Secret of Yoga
Now we’re going to tell you the real secret of yoga. It’s called: regular practice. We suggest you attend a minimum of 3 classes a week in order to feel your feel happy and healthiest. The Unlimited Yoga that comes with any YogaWorks Membership is the effective way for you to begin or maintain a consistent yoga practice.

In addition to our full schedule of yoga classes, the fitness offerings at our spacious SoHo studio will be sure to get you results. If your goal is getting toned, our fun and effective SculptWorks® and BarWorks® classes use a unique Great Wall system with resistance bands and a ballet bar. YogaWorks Slim is your class if you’d like to drop a few pounds with a yoga version of interval training. And our Pilates Mat classes are excellent for developing lean muscle tone and core strength.
