Why I Practice
I practice to connect to the innermost part of me that is still, calm, and all knowing. Because of this I appreciate the good in life, respond rather than react, and am therefore able to share my best self with others.
Why I Teach
I want to help others receive the benefits of yoga I experience every day. I use humor and clear instruction to make the practice of yoga accessible and relevant to their own lives.
