Why I Practice
I enjoy the balance it provides me in my life by helping me stay grounded, focused and in touch with my body. It's very healing to me in a multi-dimensional way: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Why I Teach
I love the healing effects of yoga. I want to be able to share that with my students to help them reach the transformation they are seeking to improve their overall health and well-being.
