Why I Practice
I practice yoga because it brings me back to myself, over and over and over again. Yoga anchors me into the present moment, and continually reminds me of the beauty that surrounds me. It challenges me on every possible level, all the while urging me to soften and surrender.
Why I Teach
It brings me great joy to help others find serenity and strength within themselves. My favorite part of teaching is watching students completely dissolve into the earth during savasana. To be a part of that in some small way is a truly humbling experience.
