Why I Practice
Yoga grounds me and allows me to find space emotionally, physically and mentally. Tapping into breath and awareness is very powerful, giving me a sense of inner and outer strength. I’m so thankful to have yoga in my life!
Why I Teach
I love guiding people to connect with themselves by deepening their breath, and learning to let go. The ability to observe yourself and make a physical, mental or emotional shifts is the path to transformation
