Why I Practice
Yoga saves my life every day. The practice constantly helps me get grounded; to quote Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, "Practice and all is coming." The physical practice helps the mental "stuff" and in turn, the mental healing leads to a healthier, stronger body overall.
Why I Teach
I teach because I love sharing yoga with students at all levels. When I found the practice, I was inflexible, loaded with anxiety, and I didn't look or feel healthy. I know that the practice heals. It is a privilege to share the magic of yoga.
