Why I Practice
My practice provides balance, grounding, and stability, challenging and changing me in ways I could never have imagined. Yoga has been an unparalleled antidote to chronic pain, allowing me to feel amazing most of the time. Luckily, it's also fun and physically empowering! Through yoga, I find community and a sense of home.
Why I Teach
I believe in this practice, and I have faith in its power to transform. Many years down this path, teaching remains meaningful and interesting, and allows me to spend my days barefoot and happy.
