Why I Practice
Yoga makes me feel more connected to myself and others. After a yoga practice I feel better physically, emotionally and spiritually. Yoga brings me clarity and a level of stillness that I can bring into my daily life.
Why I Teach
I enjoy teaching and sharing the benefits of yoga with others. I like to offer a mindful, methodical, and meditative approach to yoga - tendency is to move too fast - I like to slow students down.
