Why I Practice
I practice to find much-needed space in my life. My hope is to continue to cultivate awareness and to use the connection between mind, body, and breath to live in the present.
Why I Teach
I teach to help others relate to the stress and imbalance they experience every day due to work and life. My hope is to help bring both grounded-ness and lightness through alignment-focused movement.
