Why I Practice
Yoga brought me out of injury and stress into a healthier, happier place in life. Once upon a time I could not breathe, relax, move and live the life I knew was waiting for me. Today, through yoga and its related practices and philosophies, I'm living my authentic life.
Why I Teach
Yoga can be fun, flowing, jammin', sweaty, detoxifying, spiritual, and deep all at the same time. I am such a devoted believer in the transformative quality of yoga for anyone open to it, and I love to share this practice of learning and discovery.
