Why I Practice
I practice yoga to escape the chatter in my mind and to reconnect with myself. Yoga feels like coming home every time I step onto the mat. Even when it's hard and I'm exhausted, it always feels right, like I'm right where I need to be.
Why I Teach
I teach to connect to others. I love to watch my students reach their edge and feel transformed on the mat. I teach to share, to inspire, and to learn.
