Why I Practice
It’s a soothing refuge from the incessant chatter of daily life. My practice challenges me to check my willful ego, to surrender to a deeper Source, and to learn compassion and gratitude for exactly where I am right now.
Why I Teach
The gifts of yoga go way beyond the physical, affecting our entire sense of well being. There’s nothing more satisfying than helping a student work through a difficult emotional or mental barrier by releasing their stress and stagnant energy through the cleansing "tapas" of their yoga practice.
