Why I Practice
Practicing keeps me focused and gives me clarity. It quiets the "committee" that lives in my head and gets me to the heart of things. By feeling strong in my body and connected to my breath, I can more easily open up to the pleasure of life.
Why I Teach
To inspire people to take part in their own healing. Yoga helps us connect to our authentic self. It gives us the wisdom to know when things aren't serving us and the courage to make real changes in our lives.
