Why I Practice
I practice yoga because it goes far beyond the physical experience, integrating the mind, body, spirit and breath. It energizes me and gives me an enhanced awareness in my everyday life.
Why I Teach
I teach yoga because it gives me the opportunity to connect with my students as I help them achieve strength, both mentally and physically. Also, I find fulfillment in finding and sharing new inspiration – whether it be music, concepts or sequences of poses – with my students. Yoga has been such a positive part of my life that I feel lucky to be able to teach and share it with others.
