Each client I encounter gives me a lesson (really and truly!) on movement, strength, release, humor, sensitivity, differences and communication. These things pertain to instructing others and myself as well as just living in this world in general.
Why I Practice
I practice to feel vitality and space in my joints and muscles. The work keeps my body and breath training dynamically, creating strength radiating from the inside out.
Why I Teach
I teach because I want to help people feel GREAT in their bodies. My hope is that people leave the work feeling a little bit longer, a little bit stronger, a little bit more ninja like in their bodies and minds, i.e. aware and able to negotiate with .
