I am inspired by the movers of this world - the dancers, the athletes, the martial artists. I am always exploring new forms of movement to bring into my classes and keep the practice fresh.
Why I Practice
Quite simply, I practice to stay sane! Yoga grounds me, energizes me, and keeps my body strong. Yoga is like play for adults and it is so very beneficial for health and happiness.
Why I Teach
I love to empower students through yoga, meditation, and movement; to discover what I discovered when I found yoga - that the physical body and mind are not separate but one and the same; that when the physical and mental are as one we unlock a deep healing power within.
