Why I Practice
Yoga has changed my life in so many ways...Most importantly, through my practice I have learned to live from a place of inner peace and balance. It has taught me to slow down and breathe expansively, as well as how to stay present and centered.
Yoga not only helps to strengthen my physical body, but also to heighten my sense of awareness and intuition, to open my heart and to control my mind. I love the amazing yoga community and am beyond grateful for this practice!
Why I Teach
Yoga is dynamic, multidimensional, fun and ever-evolving! I love introducing new students to yoga, shedding light on a new perspective, or taking students deeper into their practice through mind/ body awareness, breath control, stability and joy!
