It helps me feel strong, confident, calm, and focused. When I practice, life is just a little sweeter and more manageable.
Why I Teach
I love sharing the healing benefits of this practice with others. I truly believe that the world would be a far more loving place if everyone practiced yoga. I also love to break down a pose and watch students try, struggle, and ultimately master it--the look on a student's face when something finally clicks is beautiful.
