Why I Practice
I personally believe that staying fit and healthy is a ‘lifestyle’. Fitness is something that should be integrated into everybody’s daily routine. If you are engaged in a highly motivating fitness program, exercise will be as normal for you as brushing your teeth.
Why I Teach
Unlike other health routines, fitness does not have to be dull. Engaging in physical movement should be a pleasant release. Pilates reduces the stress and tension of your everyday life.
