Striving to be my best self inside and out, and helping others do the same. Inspiration comes in so many different forms, and being the island girl that I am, one of the biggest sources for me is the ocean.
Why I Practice
I practice yoga because it keeps me strong in body and mind. Yoga keeps me grounded and brings balance and harmony into my life. It is the perfect complement to the sports and workouts I regularly practice, such as long distance running and TRX® .
Why I Teach
I teach TRX® Suspension Training because I believe it to be one of the best and most versatile tools to improve not only strength, but also muscular endurance, core stability, balance, mobility, and flexibility. Ever since I discovered TRX® in 2009, I have been coaching my clients, students, and myself with it and seeing amazing results!
