Why I Practice
I consider myself a breath-based yogi. Treasuring the breath comes first, then focus on the yogic body sending the mind to the lungs, the heart, the brain, the liver, etc. and what keeps us alive - the vitals! Particular regard for our delicate physicality makes our spirits cherish our body temples more. Also special attention to the beautiful philosophies of yoga help us to become kinder, more loving, and ultimately better people on our precious earth.
Why I Teach
I practice and teach yoga because I have noticed that it has made me a happier person. I am particularly inspired by teachers, yogis and others that help people and animals (and also nature) in the world. In the end it really is selfish because I have truly noticed that when you give, you get!
