All of my teachers I have ever learned from over the years. Especially my mentors, Paulette Dwyer, Maggie Mellor, Jennifer Elliot, Mellara Gold, Jessica Anderson, Chris Bannister and of course Richard Miller. I will always be inspired by them and Namaste to all!
Why I Practice
I practice to keep my physical body healthy as well as my mind and soul. I was a dancer as a child and young adult and yoga fills the void for me as I went many years without dancing and it felt as though something was missing. Practicing yoga makes me feel complete and content.
Why I Teach
I teach Yoga and Pilates to help people feel good!!! I love the feeling I get from helping people reach their goals. I am a people person and I love working with them. Teaching is my passion and I love seeing the smiles on clients faces when they feel the contentment they have reached at the end of a yoga class or a Pilate session.
