I am inspired on a daily basis by my students. I teach a diverse group of students who have recovered from surgeries, battled diseases, and exercise with chronic pain or throughout pregnancy that continue show up to class each week no matter how they are feeling with a great attitude and 100% effort.
Why I Practice
Normally I teach at least 5 fitness classes per week. Yoga classes are my chance to be a student, and I love every minute of it. An uninterrupted hour of learning, breathing, practicing, and gathering the strength and patience needed to complete my day makes a big difference in my life.
Why I Teach
I love that my students choose to dedicate an hour of their time to take my class. It is my responsibility to make sure that they stay safe, see results, and most of all, have fun. Seeing students leave the classroom happier and healthier makes me feel accomplished.
