Why I Practice
It is just part of my being and survival, like drinking water and needing sleep. It quiets the noises in the brain and brings me home. I come home to a peace inside my body and mind. And that opens my heart. I am ever so grateful for the practice.
Why I Teach
I love sharing the joy and vitality that yoga can bring. It means so much to see students bloom through their bodies. This blooming reverberates through their spirit and I know it makes the world a better place.
