Why I Practice
Having studied movement arts (dance, ballet, tap) since childhood, I practice mindful fitness to sustain balance, to vibrate vitality and to convert chaos to calmness.
Why I Teach
I teach (and practice) to radiate joy, sustain balance and support yogis blossoming into their uniquely beautiful and best selves. I delight in creating a nurturing space where my students and community are playfully transformed to enjoy life both on and off the mat.
