“Immersing yourself in daily practice, dynamic and high-intensity, physically challenges us in a way that cultivates our fullest single pointed attention, which meanwhile asks us to approach our practice from a very loving place within. In this way, we learn how to use the physical practice to nurture the self, and create synergy between the body, mind and soul.”
Why I Practice
Yoga has taught me compassion, love, and all the tenets to be cultivated as a yogi on my journey to be of service, not only to myself, but to the world.
Why I Teach
Wisdom, Bhakti, Love, Respect, and friendship have come as dear instructions imparted by my beloved teacher Sangeeta Vallabhan--sometimes sweet, sometimes difficult--always in a way that encouraged me to be the best that I can be. It is why I continue to immerse myself in sadhana, daily, so that I may share my love of and passion for yoga to inspire others as I have been.
