Why I Practice
I practice to inhabit my life more authentically...to embody my body, clear my mind, open my heart, and be present to whatever arises in the moment with kindness...I practice to remember my own true nature.
Why I Teach
I teach to remind others of their own true nature...to encourage them to find kindness, patience, and forgiveness for themselves and their neighbors in the moment...I teach to share the path of mindfulness.
