I'm inspired by being "unplugged", outside in nature with my family.
Why I Practice
I practice to inhabit my life more authentically...to embody my body, clear my mind, open my heart, and be present to whatever arises in the moment with kindness. I practice to remember my own true nature.
Why I Teach
I teach to remind others of their own true nature -- to encourage them to find kindness, patience, and forgiveness for themselves and their neighbors in the moment. I teach to share the path of mindfulness.
