Why I Practice
Starting with my first session, I fell in love with the mind-body connection of the Pilates Method. Over the course of many years of practice, I still find myself challenged in new and different ways. Pilates makes me strong both physically and mentally, which helps me take on my busy life (including raising my twin boys).
Why I Teach
I am passionate about the fundamentals of classical Pilates. I enjoy helping people reach their physical potential and become attuned to their bodies. My goal is to have my clients smiling as they leave the studio.
