My inspiration comes from my background in high intensity movement as a gymnast, and the guidance of my teachers who have allowed me the freedom and space to get to know myself so that what I offer as a teacher is authentic and inspired by my life as a human and as a yogi.
Why I Practice
I practice yoga because it brings me joy; it allows me to feel as though I'm dancing with movement and breath. It reveals a strength I never knew was there and allows me to find calm in my mind and body.
Why I Teach
I teach to help others find strength and confidence in themselves. I believe that when we feel strong and confident we are more kind and compassionate toward ourselves and everyone we encounter.
