Why I Practice
Yoga brings me into a place of balance where I can laugh and smile and let go of whatever my brain is attached to at the moment. I feel liberated from the control of my mind and more connected the good stuff in side of me.
Why I Teach
It allows others to tap into their inner strength and connect more with themselves and LAUGH! It allows people to let go of the things that are holding them back and build courage and kindness towards themselves and others.
