Why I Practice
Pilates completely changed the way I view exercise. It is both physically and mentally challenging and forces me to slow down and really focus on the muscles I am using. It has transformed my strength and alignment and continues to challenge me each time I practice.
Why I Teach
I've never felt so fulfilled after an hour of anything! I love challenging my students and educating them on proper alignment and form while giving them a nice burn! I am a firm believer that consistency is key and if you stick with it, you will see a change like never before.
