Why I Practice
It's something I do daily to connect me to a higher source with in. When I feel bright it's easier for me to help others realize their highest potential. Yoga grounds me, it focuses my attention so I"m moving from a place that is clear and deeply connected to my truth inside.
Why I Teach
I've been teaching people how to move and breath since I was 15 years old. Naturally I am a motivated person and I want to share the healing benefits I have gained from this practice. It's my piece in making this world a better place.
