Why I Practice
I love to exercise. I take advantage of taking all of the different types of Yoga and fitness that Yogaworks offers. I take YW 2/3 for balance, Vinayasa 2/3 to advance, Sculptworks to sweat, Coreworks to tone and Yin for dessert.
Why I Teach
I love to give people the gift of a good workout. My teaching style is challenging and fun with lots of physical and verbal corrections so clients can see themselves evolve.
