I practice yoga because it is my way to find balance and alignment in my mind and body through the ever changing stages of my life in the ever changing world.
Why I Teach
I have always loved to teach. I was a school teacher for many years. I love to help people find a way to do things in a manner that facilitates comfort, confidence and the desire to continue to try and grow. Teaching yoga is a way I get to bring my passion for yoga and my love of teaching together.
